Thank you for choosing Commodity Connect. We stand behind the quality of our services and are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Policy
All sales of event planning and coordination services are final. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have commenced.
2. Cancellation Before Service Start
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total deposit is refundable.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund is available.
3. Postponement
We understand that life happens. If you need to postpone your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 14 days in advance and subject to availability.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule. Refunds are not issued under force majeure conditions, but credit may be applied to a future event.
5. Partial Services
If only a portion of the agreed services is delivered due to client-initiated cancellation, you will be charged for all completed work and non-refundable vendor commitments.
