These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by **Commodity Connect** (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our event planning services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking request, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services Provided
We offer custom event planning and coordination services, including but not limited to:
- Consultation and concept development
- Venue and vendor coordination
- On-site event management
- Post-event follow-up
Exact scope is defined in your signed service agreement or proposal.
3. Payments and Fees
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. All fees for work completed or vendor commitments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Obtain necessary permits or permissions for your event
- Ensure all guests comply with venue rules and local laws
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by third-party vendors
- Acts of nature, government actions, or other force majeure events
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services.
7. Intellectual Property
All proposals, designs, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Laurel, MT.
